Lasagna is basically an Italian dish topped with parmesan and mozzarella cheese. It contains five to seven layers of boiled lasagna sheets, hot sauce, vegetables, white sauce, cheese and chicken or meat material. It includes five preparation steps. It is baked in oven. Ingredients for the White Sauce
- 140 grams or 6 tablespoons of Butter
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 4 to 5 tablespoons of white flour
- 2 tablespoon of black pepper

Step 1: Preparation of White Sauce
Take a pan. Add butter in it. Let the butter melt on a low flame. Add olive oil in it. Add a tablespoon of white flour one by one in a pan and mix it well. Add milk slowly in a pan and mix it well continuously. Add Chinese salt and black pepper in it. Add crushed mozzarella cheese in it. Let it boil. When it’s in solid form, remove it from the flame.
Ingredients for hot sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon of crushed ginger
- 8 to 10 tablespoons of chili garlic ketchup
- 2 tablespoons round red chili powder
- 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
Step 2: Preparation of Hot Sauce
Take a pan. Add olive oil in it. Add garlic and ginger paste in it. Stir fry it on a low flame. Add chili garlic ketchup in it. Add soy sauce and round red chili powder in it and mix it well continuously. Remove it from a flame when it’s in solid form.

- One full packet p of lasagna sheets
- 12 glasses of water
Step 3: Preparation of boiling Lasagna sheets
Take a box of lasagna sheets and put them in boiled water. Boil it for 12-13 minutes. Check the corners of lasagna sheets and remove it after 13 minutes when it’s properly boiled and soft. Drain it and place the sheets separately in a try.
Ingredients for Chicken Filling
- 5 to 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 kg chicken breast
- One medium sized onion
- One teaspoon garlic paste
- One teaspoon ginger paste
- 3 medium sized carrots
- 4 medium sized capsicums
- 1full size cabbage
- 5 green chilies
- 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of hot sauce
- 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of mustard paste
- 2 tablespoons of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of salt or as per required
- 1 tablespoon chicken powder
- 1 tablespoon round red chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Chinese salt
- 150 grams black olives
- 50 grams green olives
- 250 grams mozzarella cheese
- 150 grams parmesan cheese
Step 4: Preparation of Chicken Filling
Take a pan. Add olive oil in it. Add ginger and garlic paste in it. Stir fry it on a medium flame. Add chopped onion in it. Mix it well. Take one boneless chicken breast and cut it in small cubes. Stir fry it for 10 minutes. Now cut carrots, capsicums and cabbage in small cubes. Add these vegetables in chicken material. Add Chinese salt , salt , black pepper , mustard paste , round red chili powder , green chilies , chicken powder, soy sauce , Worcestershire sauce , hot sauce , vinegar in it and mix it well. Chicken filling is ready.Remove it from flame.
Step 5: Directions for assembling the lasagna layers
Take a deep lasagna pan. Apply olive oil on base and corners of a pan. Now put 3 sheets in the pan one by one and apply a fine layer of white sauce, an even layer of red sauce and a chicken filling layer. Repeat this procedure 5 more times and make 6 layers of lasagna. Cover the top of lasagna pan with three plain lasagna sheets. Spread the shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top. Spread black and green olives. Bake the lasagna for 10 to 15 minutes on 180 degrees until the cheese melts.
Delicious Lasagna is ready to serve. Cut lasagna in small square portions.
