Fried crispy chicken in oyster sauce is an amazing Chinese dish which is very popular all around the world. Oyster sauce adds a more delicious flavor to crunchy chicken. The upper layer of fried chicken is crispy and inner white meat layer is juicy and soft. It hardly takes 20 minutes to make. It can be served to 3 to 4 people. I personally tried this recipe and trust me it was fantastic and tasty. You really need to give it a try.
Ingredients for Chicken Breast Fillets Marination
- 1 kg Chicken Breast
- 1 Egg
- 3 tablespoons of Soy sauce
- Salt as required
- 2 tablespoons of pepper
- 2 teaspoons of Mustard sauce

Ingredients for Frying
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- Salt as required
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- Oil as much required for fry

In a plate, add flour, bread crumbs, salt and oregano. Take a fillet and coat it in this flour and deep fry. Later cut the fried chicken.
Ingredients for Oyster Chicken Gravy
- Oil
- Green onion – in long julienne cuts.
- 1 tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1 cup Oyster sauce
- 2 cups of Chicken stock
- 3 tablespoons of Honey
- 2 tablespoons of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of Soy sauce
- Salt as required
- 2 tablespoons of Black pepper
- Oil as required
Directions (How to)
In a pan, heat some oil and sauté the garlic paste in it. Then add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, black pepper, salt and honey. Mix it well till it starts to get thick. Then add the chicken stock and develop the taste. Thicken the sauce with corn flour as per your taste.
