2. Slats Not Tilting:

You can replace them by removing the ladder cab from the rail and pulling out the chords a little bit. Then you need to replace the broken slats with new ones. 4. Wand Tilter:
Remove the window client from your window and then remove the want from the blind. Then you can remove the tilt rod from the titler. Then you can put the tilter back into its place and your window Blinds will be functional once again.
